At Penny Black, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
